   Premium support bundles are based upon prepaid hours at a reduced rate.

  Trip Charge (All Premium Bundles)

Scheduled Support
 Scheduled support is based upon scheduled day(s) per week at a 4 hour minimum per day for contractual

periods of 6 months or greater during normal business hours.
